📋 Description

• Lead fleetwide safety, health, regulatory compliance, emergency response, and maritime security
• Monitor performance, audits, investigations; manage safety/security docs and corrective actions.
• Act as Deputy Company Security Officer and support Designated Person Ashore and Emergency Response
• Support fleet training, regulatory reporting, internal/external audits, SMS and Vessel Security
• Collaborate with vessel and shoreside teams to identify risks and drive improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years maritime safety, security, regulatory compliance, or related discipline.
• ISM Code, ISPS Code, MLC, and USCG safety/security knowledge.
• 3+ years conducting or supporting safety/security/compliance audits.
• Root-cause analysis, corrective-action development; strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint; Power Automate/Power BI preferred.
