Manager, Quality & Safety (Schaumburg, IL area)

📋 Description

• Lead quality and safety programs for MISUMI Americas.
• Manage a team of Supplier Quality Engineers (SQEs).
• Oversee QMS, audits, and risk management across US & Mexico sites.
• Run QC lab operations and calibration oversight.
• Establish safety program and KPIs; drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with PeopleOps on training and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
• 5+ years in quality management leadership.
• Data-driven, process/risk-based thinking with strong communication.
• Experience with ISO 9001; familiarity with AS9100/ISO 13485/IATF 16949 is a plus.
• Hands-on in a scaling organization with cross-functional collaboration.
