Manager, Resilience Risk

📋 Description

• Lead resilience risk assessments across critical services, infrastructure, and operations; align
• Develop and own the Enterprise Resilience Risk Register; provide independent oversight of
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, monitor, and mitigate service-disruption risks
• Develop enterprise-wide resilience metrics, KPIs, and dashboards; monitor SMS/policy performance
• Set strategy and escalation paths; report to ELT, safety committees, and risk board to align with

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in a risk-related field with complex operations including software and real-world risk
• Strong cross-functional partnership; map dependencies, risks, and mitigations in complex operations.
• Curiosity to challenge status quo; ability to synthesize, document, and present clearly.
• Proven ability to communicate complex risk profiles to executives, steering committees, and
• Familiarity with business continuity concepts, BIA, and risk assessments to inform enterprise
