Manager, Retail Labor

📋 Description

• Own labor planning, forecasting, workforce modeling, and scheduling strategies for a multi-unit
• Partner with Retail Operations, Finance, HR, Talent Acquisition, and store leadership to build
• Develop enterprise labor models aligning staffing with customer demand and business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Retail Management, Operations Management
• 5+ years in labor modeling, labor planning, workforce analytics, and retail operations.
• Experience managing labor budgets across multiple locations and knowledge of scheduling
• Strong analytical skills; ability to build labor models, forecasting tools, and workforce
• Proficiency with workforce management platforms (e.g., UKG/Kronos, Dayforce, Workday, ADP) and
• Ability to influence stakeholders, balance operational needs with financial objectives, and
