Manager, Retail Labor

📋 Description

• Own labor planning, forecasting, and scheduling for multi-unit retail.
• Develop enterprise labor models aligned to customer demand and workload.
• Partner with Finance, Retail Ops, HR, and store leadership to evolve labor standards.
• Lead reporting tools and dashboards to drive productivity and profitability.
• Influence labor strategy and best practices across the organization.
• Manage cross-functional workforce initiatives for openings, remodels, and expansions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Retail/Operations or related field.
• 5+ years in labor modeling, planning, and workforce analytics in retail.
• Experience with Dayforce or similar workforce management platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query/Power Pivot, data modeling).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence across Retail Ops, FP&A, HR, and field leadership.
