Manager, Retail Workforce Planning

📋 Description

• Own labor planning, forecasting, workforce modeling, and scheduling across multi-unit retail.
• Partner with Retail Ops, Finance, HR, Talent Acquisition, and store leadership to build scalable
• Develop reporting tools and dashboards to drive productivity and profitability.
• Influence labor strategy and best practices to support Curaleaf's growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Retail/Operations or related field.
• 5+ years in labor modeling, planning, analytics, and retail operations.
• Experience managing labor budgets across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of workforce management systems (Dayforce, UKG/Kronos, etc.) and scheduling
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query/Power Pivot, complex formulas, data modeling).
• Ability to analyze large datasets and present actionable insights to leadership.
