Manager, RFI & Content Specialization

📋 Description

• Lead the RFI and content management function, ensuring accurate, strategic, and high-quality
• Manage content libraries, governance processes, and content management platforms to improve
• Oversee proposal management tools and continuously enhance workflows, systems, and user experiences.
• Support the preparation of RFIs, proposals, questionnaires, and business development materials with
• Drive process improvements to increase delivery speed, consistency, and team effectiveness.
• Establish standardized processes and documentation practices across proposal and business support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical, clinical research, CRO, or related industries.
• Minimum 5 years in RFI management, content management, proposal operations, or related functions.
• Experience leading teams and developing high-performing professionals.
• Hands-on with proposal/content management platforms (Qvidian, Responsive, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of content libraries, governance frameworks, and terminology.
