Manager, SaaS Software Sourcing & Procurement

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a SaaS and AI application sourcing team.
• Own complex SaaS negotiations and agreement reviews (EULAs, SLAs, DPAs, master agreements).
• Ensure sourcing complies with FAR and government contracting requirements.
• Lead market research, benchmarking, TCO analysis, RFPs, and negotiation strategies.
• Develop category strategies for cost savings and supplier performance across SaaS.
• Manage procurement operations, dashboards, and executive updates.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; four years of relevant experience may substitute.
• 5+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably software/SaaS.
• Experience leading sourcing projects and teams; people leadership preferred.
• Hands-on with FAR-compliant environments and government contracting.
• Proven ability to negotiate software agreements, pricing, usage, audit rights, and security terms.
• Strong analytics for pricing, TCO, risk, and supplier performance; excellent communication.
