📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of GRC professionals across audit, privacy, and risk.
• Own Emburse's GRC platform: strategy, controls, data quality, automation, and reporting.
• Oversee security and compliance audits; manage audit planning, evidence, and remediation decisions.
• Manage enterprise information security risk program end to end: identification, assessment, risk
• Mature risk scoring, trend analysis, and communication beyond static heat maps.
• Own Third-Party Risk Management: vendor tiering, due diligence, monitoring, and reassessment

🎯 Requirements

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree; 7+ years in information security, risk, or compliance; 2+ years people
• Proven experience leading a security GRC function with ownership of performance and development of
• Strong track record in enterprise information security risk management, assessment methodology, and
• Experience building security metrics and reporting for executives/board/auditors; familiarity with
• Familiarity with privacy frameworks (GDPR, CPRA/CCPA, PIPEDA) and translating to operational
• Experience with AI governance, AI risk assessment; knowledge of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC
