📋 Description

• Lead and grow a global security operations team in an AI-first, trusted security program.
• Define strategy for security operations and implement robust security protocols.
• Leverage AI to improve efficiency and maturity of security programs.
• Lead incident response from detection to prevention; act as incident commander as needed.
• Develop new security operations processes and address emerging threats.
• Identify technologies and enable a technology-driven risk strategy across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong security leadership with global team experience.
• Hands-on security operations in SaaS/cloud environments.
• Experience crafting detections and observability strategies for security events.
• Familiarity with GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST 800-53; ability to ensure compliance.
• Experience using AI to enhance security processes and efficiency.
• Incident response experience including incident commander responsibilities.
