• Define, implement, and improve SOC processes globally
• Ensure 24/7 shift coverage across regions
• Run 1:1 meetings to support analyst career growth
• Develop training for Digital Forensics, IR, Malware, Threat Hunting, Automation
• Collaborate with Product to build new capabilities
• Ensure QA for regional operations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in global 24x7 Security Operations Center
• 2+ years of team lead or managerial experience
• Strong communicator of technical concepts
• Data-driven with experience in Data Science concepts
• Ability to translate workflows into detailed procedures
• Experience leading diverse cybersecurity teams
