📋 Description

• Define and streamline SOC processes to boost productivity globally
• Maintain 24/7 coverage with local/global shift management
• 1:1 meetings weekly to support analyst growth
• Develop training programs for Digital Forensics, Incident Response, Malware Analysis, Detection
• Collaborate with Product to prioritize new capabilities
• Provide technical leadership and ensure team alignment with Huntress mission

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading diverse cybersecurity teams in Security Operations and related fields
• 5+ years in a global 24x7 SOC focusing on Windows forensics
• 2+ years of team lead or managerial experience in global operations or IR
• Active engagement with the information security community
• Continuous learner with up-to-date threat detection and SOC concepts
• Strong ability to diagram processes and communicate technical concepts
