📋 Description

• Own and drive roadmap for Operations enterprise systems
• Design scalable end-to-end business processes
• Lead SAP EAM/PM and SAP FSM capabilities
• Optimize SAP FSM to support field ops and workflows
• Partner with Operations, IT, and other functions
• Establish integrated processes across assets, maintenance, and scheduling

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in fleet ops tech or enterprise transformation
• Proven track record designing scalable processes across Ops/Maintenance/Field Service
• Expert SAP EAM/PM experience; asset lifecycle, work orders, PM
• Experience with SAP FSM and workflow platforms (UKG, NICE WFM, Beeline)
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution in high-growth env
