📋 Description

• Lead and scale simulation capabilities for V-BAT and future aircraft.
• Design, resource, manage, build and integrate tooling across engineering teams.
• Develop simulation workflows that become core tools for engineers and release gates.
• Collaborate with aerodynamics, GNC, propulsion, software and autonomy teams to reflect real-world
• Build processes/workflows for confidence in tooling for internal/external customers.
• Maintain documentation and dashboards for leadership visibility.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or related engineering field with 8+ years of experience.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams or projects.
• Strong passion for simulation, safety, and reliability at scale.
• Proven ability to manage roadmaps across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong C++ foundations and software architecture.
• Statistics, data analysis, linear algebra, and physics fundamentals.
