📋 Description

• Treat internal developer platform as a product; define roadmaps and backlogs.
• Drive culture of efficiency: secure code, CI/CD, testing, uptime, and debt reduction.
• Design golden paths to standardize dev, deploy, test and enable self-service.
• Attend operational reviews; share postmortem learnings with teams.
• Mentor and coach engineers; recruit and develop top talent in the region.
• Collaborate with PMs and tech leaders on cross-team initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software development.
• BS/MS in CS or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on coding: Golang, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Architecture and design of large-scale distributed systems, RESTful APIs.
• 6+ years of people management experience.
