📋 Description

• Lead a full-stack team (backend and mobile) delivering core services.
• Partner with product and eng teams to drive metrics and new features.
• Guide architecture and rapid experimentation cycles.
• Ensure strong execution and MVP launches with feedback.
• Navigate pivots and evolving priorities in a fast pace.
• Recruit, mentor, and coach engineers across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in CS or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in software engineering; 2+ years leading a team.
• Strong in architecture, scalable code, and mentoring.
• Experience with cross-functional teams (PMs, Analysts, mobile/back-end).
• Led high-quality output on critical infra projects.
• Preferred skills: C#, .NET, Kotlin, Python, SQL, Databricks, AWS, REST, microservices, Kafka
