Manager, Software Engineering (Fullstack Team)

📋 Description

• Lead a full-stack team (backend Java/Spring Boot, frontend React/TypeScript)
• Own end-to-end delivery: sprint planning, execution, release
• Set expectations, manage performance, and develop engineers at every level
• Partner with Product and XD to translate requirements into plans
• Drive architecture discussions and uphold engineering standards
• Identify blockers and surface risks before incidents

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years engineering experience with 2+ years managing teams
• Experience managing senior ICs (P4/Staff) – coaching and feedback
• Strong backend: Java/Spring Boot; ability to discuss architecture
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on time
• Experience with performance management: coaching and escalation
• Familiarity with CI/CD, observability, microservices
