📋 Description

• Define and drive the vision and multi-quarter roadmap, tying foundational investments to critical
• Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure engineers, fostering a culture of ownership
• Partner with engineering leadership and stakeholders to align Infra Foundations priorities with
• Own the reliability and safety of the foundational layer: AWS account provisioning and
• Drive the team’s automation charter, delivering frameworks that let other infra teams provision
• Steward critical operational programs including AWS quota management and notifications, AMI patch

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software or infrastructure engineering experience, with 2+ years of engineering
• Proven experience leading engineering teams in infrastructure, platform engineering, or adjacent
• Strong technical background in cloud-native and infrastructure systems (AWS preferred), with the
• Experience owning or leading Infrastructure-as-Code practices (Terraform, Spacelift, or equivalent)
• Experience building and operating infrastructure automation that other teams adopt and depend on
• Track record of operating services with a high reliability bar (monitoring, on-call, incident
