• Lead and grow a Europe-based full-stack engineering team building App and Direct-to-Consumer
• Define technical roadmap aligned with international growth objectives; prioritize work across
• Hire, develop, and retain engineers; create career growth paths with focus on craft and impact
• Drive cross-functional alignment with product, design, data science, and business partners across
• Establish standards for reliability, performance, and scalability of consumer-focused products
• Foster ownership and a builder’s mindset, with focus on measurable impact

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years software engineering experience; 4+ years leading product-focused engineering teams
• Proven ability to ship and scale consumer-facing products, ideally in fintech or D2C
• Experience building distributed teams across geographies and regulatory environments
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Excellent written and verbal English communication

🎁 Benefits

• Base Pay Range: £142,000 - £190,000 per year
