📋 Description

• Lead the development of Chainguard’s secure open source libraries at scale.
• Provide vision, mentorship, and strategic leadership for the Libraries engineering team.
• Define technical direction and product strategy across language ecosystems, tooling, and automation.
• Set policies and quality standards balancing security, performance, and customer value.
• Oversee build systems, AI automation, and vulnerability detection across libraries.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure interoperability and security posture.

• Proven track record managing and scaling technical teams building platforms at scale.
• Experience shipping agentic AI in production; designing evaluation suites and LLM rubrics.
• Strong grasp of language ecosystems (Python, Go, Java, Javascript, .NET) and build/release tooling.
• Experience with cloud-native tech and infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, cloud services (GCP
