Manager, Software Test & Autonomation (R5461)

📋 Description

• Lead a multidisciplinary team for verification, validation, and automation across autonomy programs.
• Define verification strategies spanning simulation, SIL, HIL, VIL, and operational testing.
• Develop automated regression testing and validation frameworks to improve quality and velocity.
• Establish software readiness criteria, quality gates, and performance metrics.
• Integrate automated validation into CI/CD pipelines with Digital Infrastructure.
• Develop common automation frameworks and reusable test assets across programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Lead and grow Software Test & Automation Engineers for Expeditionary and Emerging Operations.
• Experience with verification/validation strategies across simulation and real-world test
• Strong background in automated validation and test infrastructure.
• Experience presenting readiness assessments and risks to leadership.
• Preferred: experience with autonomous systems, ROS, SonarQube, dashboards and DoD programs.
