📋 Description

• Lead and grow AMER Solutions Engineering team (5 SEs) across Commercial, Enterprise, and Strategic
• coach SEs on technical storytelling, ROI mapping, and pre-sales narrative during cycles.
• Own technical evaluation across AMER deals from discovery to close.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, and Product to align coverage and build pipeline.
• Drive adoption of AI tooling to accelerate ramp, demos, and solution design.
• Partner with Demo Engineering to create compelling ROI-focused examples.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years leading/coaching technical pre-sales teams in B2B SaaS; first-line management.
• 5+ years as Solutions Engineer/Architect across SMB to Enterprise/Strategic.
• Strong coding fundamentals in JavaScript, Python, or similar.
• Deep understanding of web tech, headless architectures, and modern commerce stacks.
• Proven quota attainment in varying markets; hiring and ramping SEs in high-growth teams.
• Excellent communication, including C-suite level; coaching mindset and ownership of team impact.
