📋 Description

• Establish the Solutions Engineering function at Scribe, defining processes, scope, and playbooks to
• Hire, mentor, and lead a founding team of Solutions Engineers, with coaching and career growth
• Provide technical credibility to strategic deals from discovery through close
• Deliver proofs of concepts linking Scribe to measurable business outcomes
• Bridge Go-to-Market and Product, feeding customer feedback into the roadmap
• Build reusable demo assets and frameworks for scalable customer outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of people management leading Solutions Engineers or similar teams
• Experience as Solutions Engineer or similar pre-/post-sales role at a high-growth SaaS company
• Ability to credibly explain LLMs and AI concepts to technical and executive audiences
• Experience building a function with scalable programs and playbooks
• Hands-on in strategic customer engagements and translating technical complexity to business value
