📋 Description

• Lead a Solutions Engineering team for NA, guiding discovery and shaping solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Channel, Product, Marketing, CS, and Engineering.
• Remote role with in-person onboarding in Toronto; US/Canada candidates welcomed.
• Establish discovery, demos, POCs, and technical validation processes.
• Collaborate to deliver thoughtful customer experiences and secure partnerships.
• Bridge technical strategy with business value in complex deals.

🎯 Requirements

• Background in Solutions/Sales Engineering or related consulting role.
• Experience leading/mentoring technical teams and coaching exec storytelling.
• Strong channel experience with MSPs, VARs, distributors, partners.
• Foundation in IAM, PAM, IGA, authentication, cloud, SaaS integrations.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales method.
• Practical use of LLMs/AI copilots and automation for team productivity.
