Manager / Sr Manager - Learning and Development

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and facilitate learning programs for employees, volunteers, and fellows.
• Create strategic learning plans and leadership development journeys.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify learning needs and drive L&D initiatives.
• Manage LMS and digital learning platforms for delivery and tracking.
• Establish evaluation frameworks, KPIs, and feedback mechanisms.
• Use data insights to improve engagement and learning impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–9 years in Learning & Development, preferably NGOs/volunteer sectors.
• Graduate/postgraduate or fellowship in relevant fields.
• Coaching, training, leadership development experience.
• Experience designing learning programs for diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of e-learning and digital platforms.
• Excellent analytics and ability to translate data into actions.
