📋 Description

• Lead global team of Statistical Programmers
• Coordinate programming activities across studies
• Oversee SDTM/ADaM datasets, TLFs, and deliverables
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members
• Drive process improvements and standards
• Manage timelines, budgets, and client expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in STEM field
• 10+ years in Statistical Programming (SAS and R)
• Experience in CRO environments preferred
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of SDTM/ADaM and TLFs
• Excellent communication and collaboration
