📋 Description

• Support product and services engagements from enablement to delivery
• Coordinate scope, deliverables, budget, and client satisfaction
• Collaborate with senior advisors and project teams
• Lead complex business and technology issue resolution
• Establish milestones and monitor master plans
• Communicate status and insights to clients and teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in business/technology management
• End-to-end SDLC experience; managed services a plus
• Proven program leadership for small/medium orgs
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication
• Experience with cross-functional teams and healthcare domain a plus
• Willingness to lead and develop junior staff
