📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day management of a team of supply chain and proposal professionals.
• Oversee pricing, estimating, planning, and supply chain in pre/post award phases.
• Coordinate with program mgmt, IPT leads, pricing, contracts, finance and supply chain.
• Set priorities and allocate resources in a fast-paced, schedule-driven env.
• Ensure pricing/estimating are reviewed, validated, and approved for proposals.
• Navigate FAR/DFARS requirements and mitigate compliance risks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in business/supply chain/finance/economics or related with 8+ yrs experience, or a
• Experience supporting defense proposals and major captures.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS; cost accounting, pricing, estimating methods.
• Experience cross-collaborating across supply chain, program, pricing, finance, and contracts.
• Proven process improvements in pricing/estimating; leadership and people mgmt skills.
• Travel up to 10% as needed; strong communication with executives.
