📋 Description

• Lead a high-performing Puerto Rico TA team across three locations (San Juan and two sites in
• Set vision, strategy, and goals for all aspects of talent acquisition across Puerto Rico.
• Partner with business leaders, HR partners and CoEs to deliver the TA strategy.
• Develop knowledge base, market trends, and company initiatives; implement Human Capital Response
• Oversee recruiting processes to attract top talent and build a strong candidate pool.
• Use data and market intelligence to provide consultative guidance and budget planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5-7+ years recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment with people
• Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience; strong business presence that delivers results.
• Healthcare/pharma industry recruitment experience strongly preferred.
• Experience collaborating with a broader HR organization and building cross-functional relationships.
• Full bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to lead, coach and mentor a TA team and manage multiple functions and sourcing strategies.
