🎯 Requirements

• 6–10+ years in commercial vehicles, upfitting, or fleet solutions.
• Strong knowledge of upfits: box/service bodies, refrigeration, liftgates, cranes, racks, specialty
• Experience with dealers, OEMs, fleet customers, or partners.
• Ability to translate technical needs into clear customer recommendations.
• Robust project management; coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; develop standardized frameworks.
