🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in senior WFM, Operations, or Strategic Workforce Planning.
• Experience in regulated/financial services or complex ops.
• Forecasting, capacity planning, modeling, scenario analysis expertise.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong clear communication of workforce insights.
• Experience with AI/automation-driven workforce strategies.
