Manager, Workup

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Workup team, managing donor activities safely and timely.
• Hire, train, mentor, coach, and evaluate team members with clear performance expectations.
• Monitor weekly/monthly metrics on donor availability, timeliness, experience, quality, and
• Drive initiatives to improve team performance, engagement, service quality, and goals.
• Facilitate regular team/individual meetings, set priorities, and provide ongoing feedback.
• Support learning and development through coaching, evaluations, and targeted plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field (or equivalent) required.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience, with at least 3 years leading teams in donor centers or
• Experience in organizational/operational management, process development, or managing work for a
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and budget administration.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and foster a collaborative, accountable culture.
• Experience with quality systems, records management, and regulatory compliance.
