Managing Broker

📋 Description

• Lead brokerage operations with regulatory compliance, risk management, and agent enablement.
• Support provincial operations and ensure high service standards for agents and stakeholders.
• Improve processes, drive adoption of digital platforms, and collaborate with tech/training teams.
• Deliver training on contracts, licensing, compliance, and industry standards.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to leadership.
• Foster a culture of integrity, collaboration, and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• Active real estate broker designation with ongoing education in real estate management and
• Bilingual in English and French.
• Experience managing or supervising a medium to large brokerage, especially in operations or
• Strong knowledge of real estate regulations, privacy, ethics, MLS rules, FINTRAC compliance.
• Leadership and team development experience; ability to work remotely.
• Experience with brokerage technology platforms and digital adoption is a plus.
