Managing Counsel, GTM & Commercial

📋 Description

• Serve as senior legal advisor to GTM functions incl Marketing, Affiliate, Product Marketing
• Advise on advertising and consumer protection incl FTC requirements, endorsements, TCPA, CAN-SPAM
• Counsel on AI in marketing and advertising, including AI-related claims and use of AI tools in
• Help GTM teams with compliant marketing campaigns, influencer/affiliate programs, sponsorships, and
• Build scalable compliance processes, training, playbooks, and escalation frameworks
• Oversee influencer/affiliate terms, FTC disclosures, content review, and program governance

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. state bar
• 10+ years of legal experience, incl. in-house tech or SaaS and 3+ years leading attorneys
• Experience structuring, drafting, and negotiating commercial/strategic agreements
• Strong knowledge of advertising/compliance laws incl FTC, TCPA, CAN-SPAM; direct
• Experience advising GTM teams; working knowledge of AI-related legal issues
• Experience managing a team (3+ direct/indirect reports) and mentoring
