📋 Description

• Lead and expand the firm's capital markets platform across debt and equity initiatives.
• Manage relationships with banks, private credit funds, family offices, LPs, and institutional
• Source and place senior debt, mezzanine debt, and equity solutions; evaluate terms and execution
• Position transactions for appropriate capital audiences with sponsors and internal teams.
• Originate new opportunities through relationships and industry events; represent the firm at
• Identify opportunities for capital advisory, debt/equity placement, and credit enhancement.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in commercial real estate finance, capital markets, investment banking, or related fields.
• Experience across debt, equity, structured capital, and deal execution.
• Active relationships with lenders, private funds, family offices, and institutional groups.
• Proven ability to originate opportunities and develop business independently.
• Strong understanding of underwriting, capital stacks, loan structures, covenants, and equity
• Experience across multifamily, hospitality, industrial, office, retail, land, and development is
