📋 Description

• Lead and expand debt, equity, and advisory CRE capital markets.
• Source senior debt, mezzanine debt, equity, and other capital.
• Maintain and grow relationships with banks, lenders, funds, and investors.
• Originate opportunities and position deals for capital audiences.
• Collaborate with sponsors and internal teams to structure financing.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in CRE, capital markets, IB, PE, or related fields.
• Experience across debt, equity, structured capital, and deal execution.
• Active relationships with lenders, funds, family offices, and institutional investors.
• Proven ability to originate opportunities and grow the business.
• Strong underwriting knowledge of capital stacks, covenants, and leverage.
• Willing to travel regularly for conferences, meetings, and site visits.
