Managing Security Consultant - Access Management (Remote in the U.S.)

📋 Description

• Lead delivery of Access Management engagements for GuidePoint’s clients.
• Provide technical oversight and hands-on guidance on IAM platforms.
• Staff projects, manage timelines, and ensure scope and quality across portfolios.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years IAM experience with 3+ years in delivery leadership.
• Strong Ping Identity (PingFederate, PingOne, PingAccess) and Okta expertise.
• Deep knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, MFA, and federation.
• Experience with SSO, API security, and Zero Trust patterns.
• Ability to mentor architects/engineers and manage multiple engagements.
• Excellent communication with executive stakeholders; travel up to 20% may be required.
