Manual Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, review, and execute manual test cases for SIT, UAT, end-to-end, regression, and
• Analyze requirements and translate into test conditions with full coverage.
• Create and maintain RTMs; identify test dependencies, risks, assumptions, constraints.
• Execute manual testing across healthcare software: UI, workflows, eligibility, benefit
• Document test results with evidence; maintain auditability; communicate findings to project/client
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects throughout lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional software testing experience; at least 3 years in large-scale or complex
• Experience with US healthcare payer systems, MMIS/MES, Medicaid, Medicare, eligibility, or similar
• Strong understanding of HIPAA and healthcare data privacy requirements.
• Proven experience developing/executing SIT, UAT, end-to-end, regression, and business process
• Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate into comprehensive, traceable test coverage.
• Experience creating/maintaining RTMs and validating coverage against requirements.
