Set up, calibrate, and operate manufacturing equipment per SOP/POP and ISO 13485
Perform processes with adherence to safety and quality requirements
Maintain clean, organized work area and support cross-training
Operate in a regulated bioprocess environment with weekend/shift considerations
Follow cGMP and quality systems to ensure product quality
Make operator-level decisions based on product quality observations

🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic math skills
Ability to stand 6-10 hours per day
Analytical and critical thinking skills
1-3 years Life Science/cGMP/ISO environment (preferred)
Bachelor’s in Biology/Chemistry or related field (preferred)
