Operate on high-volume manufacturing lines, create BOMs and work instructions
Develop fixtures/tools, qualify hardware and software controls
Analyze equipment performance, root cause issues, ensure reliability
Support process validation and continuous improvement across production lines

Strong communication with cross-functional teams
Analytical troubleshooting and change management experience
Experience with product/process changes, fast-paced projects
Technical writing experience
