Manufacturing Engineer (Electronics)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end electronics prototype builds (PCB/PCBA) from release to delivery.
• Interface with PCB/PCBA suppliers to resolve manufacturing, quality, and documentation issues.
• Review BOMs, assembly data, and drawings for completeness and manufacturability.
• Track prototype orders and priorities to ensure on-time delivery across concurrent builds.
• Support material readiness, availability, alternates, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate rework or rebuilds for incoming prototypes and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or similar.
• Minimum 2 years in electronics manufacturing or design.
• Solid knowledge of Altium Designer and Altium 365.
• DFM, PCB/PCBA manufacturing processes, and quality workflows.
• Ability to interpret schematics and fabrication/assembly data; IPC/IEEE/JEDEC familiarity.
• Experience with external suppliers/EMS partners; strong documentation skills.
