Collaborate with design teams to provide input on the manufacturability and assembly processes of
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and onboard equipment for avionics systems
Create and maintain detailed manufacturing plans, assembly procedures, and work instructions for
Identify and resolve manufacturing challenges via root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality avionics components and review
Perform hands-on assembly, integration, and testing of avionics systems per engineering specs and

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or
3+ years in manufacturing engineering, preferably aerospace or avionics.

🎁 Benefits

Pay Range: California — $112,000 – $159,000 USD
Full-time exempt position with extensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision, PTO
