Design and improve high-volume assembly lines and fixtures
Evaluate designs for manufacturability; propose changes
Hire/train production personnel; ensure quality and schedules
Maintain quality system compliance; document variances

🎯 Requirements

Strong Lean manufacturing implementation and training
Six Sigma background desirable
BSME required; MSME preferred
CAD experience: ProE, AutoCAD
English 90% spoken/written
Must be able to travel to the USA
