Lead Lean tool implementation and CI projects site-wide.
Manage tooling/fixtures, equipment, and design improvements.
Evaluate manufacturability and propose changes early.
Design high‑volume assembly line workflows and processes.
Specify, procure, repair, and maintain fixtures/equipment.
Drive safety, quality, and cost improvements in production.

🎯 Requirements

Strong Lean manufacturing implementation; Six Sigma desirable.
BSME required; MSME preferred.
CAD experience (ProE, AutoCAD).
ISO 13485/medical device manufacturing experience.
English proficiency 90%+; ability to travel to USA.
Experience with NPI and DRF/DFM concepts.
