📋 Description

• Source, identify, screen, and submit qualified candidates for active manufacturing, engineering
• Leverage candidate networks and pipelines to generate strong placements efficiently.
• Recruit for CNC machinists, CNC programmers, CMM programmers/inspectors, quality pros, maintenance
• Evaluate candidates against client needs, compensation, qualifications, and role fit.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the process, providing updates and managing
• Collaborate with internal leadership on priorities and feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional recruiting experience in manufacturing, engineering, or skilled trades.
• Proven track record of placements and ability to identify qualified talent.
• Strong candidate network in manufacturing/engineering disciplines.
• Experience supporting direct-hire and/or contract placements.
• Understanding of technical job requirements and candidate assessment.
• Excellent candidate management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
