Identify and implement process improvements to increase agility and competitiveness.
Analyze processes to identify optimization opportunities and coordinate projects.
Conduct tests and experiments using DOE, statistical analysis and digital tools.
Prepare technical documentation for regulatory changes and maintain records.
Ensure compliance with EHS policies; participate in safety and environmental initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams and AbbVie’s external network to execute projects.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, or 80% completion with 1+ year
At least 1 year in manufacturing or process engineering.
Intermediate English (B1 CEFR).
Excellence in execution, accountability, analytical problem solving, adaptability.
