🎯 Requirements

Minimum level 8 engineering/science qualification.
3+ years in pharmaceutical process engineering (batch processing, tech transfer, scale-up
Experience in process validation for US/EU markets; familiarity with FDA/EU quality systems.
Strong technical writing and leadership in investigations; project management skills.
Desirable: lyophilization and sterilization experience; lean methods.
