Support deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of manufacturing apps across production facilities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, and external partners to deliver tech solutions.
Analyze business needs and translate to system requirements and improvements.
Document processes, workflows, and technical requirements.
Test upgrades and new features based on business demand and roadmaps.
Provide end-user training and on-going support, resolving issues promptly.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IS, Business, CS, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years in IT, business systems support, or manufacturing ops.
Experience supporting manufacturing systems or applications.
Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a global team.
