Manufacturing Supervisor

📋 Description

• Plan and direct daily production to meet targets.
• Lead a 20+ person team with coaching and feedback.
• Monitor line efficiency, cycle times, throughput.
• Ensure units meet specs; perform in-process quality checks.
• Champion zero-incident safety culture (JHAs, LOTO, PPE).
• Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Logistics for on-time materials.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Lead 20+ technicians/associates in fast-paced setting.
• Strong understanding of quality mgmt systems, drawings, scheduling.
• Experience in multi-disciplinary teams in technical env.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience with ERP/MES/WMS systems.
