Manufacturing Supervisor I (Sunday to Wednesday, 4:00pm - 2:30am)

📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate safe operations on the production line.
• Deploy and manage the production team to meet schedule.
• Coordinate shift activities to ensure safe, compliant execution.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and document checks as needed.
• Strive for cycle time improvements and change-over efficiency.
• Develop direct reports with training and growth plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; science/engineering preferred.
• 2+ years manufacturing experience; supervisor experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of safety, quality systems, and cGMPs.
• Aseptic experience desirable.
